How to Check Remaining Storage?

Managing your media files effectively begins with understanding your storage usage. In AOne Schools, you can easily monitor your remaining storage space for premium features. This article will explain more about this feature and how to check it. 

Good Things to Know

When viewing your storage details, you will see the following key information:

Total Storage: The total storage capacity allocated to your account based on your subscription plan. This storage is also shared across all registered schools under your account.

Used Storage: The amount of storage currently occupied by your uploaded files. It included two main categories below. (The feature breakdowns below depend on your school active subscription)

1. Premium Attendance: Storage used by images uploaded for attendance records, displayed in orange colours.
2. Premium In App Messaging: Storage used by attachments and media shared within chat rooms and broadcast messages, displayed in blue colours.

Available Storage: The remaining un-used storage space available for future uploads.

How to Check the Storage

You can follow these simple steps to check your available storage:

1. Log in to AOne Schools as Superadmin
2. Select the Dashboard module 
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
4. On the right-hand side, you will find the Storage Usage chart displaying your remaining available storage space.

Note: These steps can only be performed by a Superadmin, as Admins do not have access to the Dashboard.
