What to do when student add new lesson or withdraw lesson under Recurring Combo package?

Enroll an Extra Lesson Using the Same Recurring Combo Package

If a student wishes to enroll in an additional lesson under their existing Recurring Combo package, ensure that the number of lessons taken has not exceeded the maximum lesson count of the package.

Example:

A student has a Recurring Combo package for 6 lessons and is currently enrolled in 5 lessons. This means you can add 1 more lesson for the student. Enroll them as usual using the Student Module.

Important: When adjusting the invoice settings, do not check the "Generate Invoice on Enrollment" option to avoid issuing a new invoice after enrollment.

Handling Invoices for Additional Lessons:

Scenario 1: 

Student requests an additional lesson after the invoice for the month has been generated but not yet paid.

• Do not generate a new invoice upon enrollment. After enrolling the student in the new lesson, manually adjust the previously generated invoice.

Scenario 2: 

Student requests an additional lesson after the invoice for the month has been generated and paid.

• Do not generate a new invoice upon enrollment. After enrolling the student, create a separate invoice for the new lesson manually.

Scenario 3: 

Student requests an additional lesson before the next month's invoice is generated.

• Do not generate a new invoice upon enrollment. The recurring invoice for the next month will automatically update to reflect the new total of 6 lessons.

In all scenarios, the recurring invoice price and details will be automatically updated to include the new lesson. If the student has reached the maximum number of lessons allowed by their package, you will need to increase the lesson count in the package before enrolling them in additional lessons.

Withdraw a Selected Lesson from the Same Recurring Combo Package

To unenroll a student from a lesson within their Recurring Combo package, unenroll the student from the selected lesson as usual.

The student's recurring invoice will automatically update to reflect the remaining number of lessons and adjust the pricing accordingly. The unenrolled lesson will also be removed from the invoice description.
