Modified on Sun, 25 Aug, 2024 at 10:30 PM

Here's a guide on how to add a new package:

  1. Go to the Package module.
  2. Click the "Add" button.
  3. Fill in the package details.
  4. Click "Save".

Once the packages are set up, you can proceed to the Venue module. After completing this step, you can create lessons.

There are 5 types of packages that you can select based on the center's needs:

  1. Recurring package
  2. Recurring Combo package
  3. Credits package
  4. Universal Credits package
  5. One-off package

Recurring & Recurring Combo Package

Recurring and Recurring Combo package types are designed to offer students recurring invoices as they enroll in one or more lessons periodically.

Recurring package:

  • The Recurring package can be utilized for enrolling in a single lesson under a unit pricing structure. This package includes an auto-generated invoice at regular intervals of every [x] month(s) and incorporates pro-rate price calculation when necessary.

Recurring Combo package:

  • The Recurring Combo package is designed for enrolling students in multiple lessons and offers multiple unit pricing within a single package. The settings for auto-generating invoices are similar to those of the Recurring package, but pro-rate invoice settings are not available on Recurring Combo. However, when a student enrolls in lessons and later decides to freeze one of the lessons, it will result in all other lessons being frozen as well.

Credits & Universal Credits Package

Credits and Universal Credits package types focus on providing credits to students for enrolling in lessons and attending classes. You can adjust how students acquire their credits for the first time. After students obtain their credits, you can easily modify the balance and credit expiry setting as necessary. In addition, you can choose between auto-generating invoices or manually generating invoices to facilitate credit top-ups for students.

Credits package:

  • The Credits package is intended for enrolling students in a single lesson only, and therefore, credits will be attached to the specific lesson that the student has enrolled in.

Universal Credits package:

  • The Universal Credits package is designed for enrolling students in multiple lessons using a unified unit pricing structure. Unlike the Credits package, credit balance utilized in the Universal Credits package will be attached to the package that the student has purchased. Credits will not be divided/distributed individually per lesson.

One-off Package

Different from the other package types, the One-off package has no restrictions on credits and does not include auto-generate invoice settings. The One-off package features a single unit pricing, meaning students will receive the invoice and make a one-time payment upon enrollment.
