There are two methods to enrol a student into a Lesson. You may choose the preferred option.
From Student Module
Here's how to enroll a student from the Student module:
- Go to Student module.
- Click on selected student's name.
- Navigate to the Lesson Enrollment page.
- Click "Enroll" button in Active Lessons section.
- Check the box(es) for the lesson(s) you want to enroll the student in.
- Click "Add Selected".
- Select the package(s) and click "Next".
- Check the box "Generate Invoice On Enrolment" if you want to generate invoice for the student immediately (applicable only for packages with recurring settings)
- Setup Invoice Dates.
- Click "Save".
From Lesson Module
Here's how to enroll a student from the Lesson module:
- Go to the Lesson module.
- Click on selected lesson's name.
- Navigate to the Student Enrolment Page.
- Click "Enroll".
- Check the box(es) for the student(s) you want to enrol into the lesson.
- Click "Add Selected".
- Select the package(s) and click "Next".
- Check the box "Generate Invoice On Enrollment" if you want to create an invoice for the student immediately (applicable only for packages with recurring payments).
- Setup Invoice Dates.
- Click "Save".
If the selected package is Recurring Combo, you can click "I Understand" once there is "Reminder - Recurring Combo Enrollment" pop up.
Additional Notes
- If you are intended to enrol student to lessons with Recurring Combo package type, it's advisable to enroll them from the Student module to avoid duplicate invoices.
