How to do unenrollment with Universal Credit package and Recurring Combo package?

1. Go to Student's module.
2. Click on student's name.
3. Go to Lesson Enrollment.
4. Tick the box beside lesson's name in Active Lessons.
5. Select "Un-enrol Selected Lesson(s)" button.
6. The system will check for any outstanding invoices, future replacement lessons, and future student bookings.
   • Outstanding Invoice: If the student has an outstanding invoice, unenrollment will be restricted. You must record the payment or create a credit note to settle the invoice.
   • Future Replacement Request or Booking: If there are future placement requests or bookings, check the "I am aware..."checkbox to proceed. Without this, the Save button will be disabled.
7. If there are no outstanding invoices, future placement requests, or bookings, click Save to complete the unenrollment process.
   
   

Important Information for Students Previously Enrolled in a Universal Credit or Recurring Combo Package:

• If the student is still enrolled in other lessons after un-enroll from this lesson then their package and invoice not affected. 
• If the student is not enrolled in any other lessons after un-enroll from the existing lesson then their package will be terminated and the status will change from "Active" to "Un-enrolled". Besides that, student will not get invoice in future. 

• If the student is still enrolled in other lessons after un-enroll from this lesson, then their package will remain active and their Recurring Invoice amount will update automatically based on lesson count. 
• However, if the student is not enrolled in any other lessons after un-enroll from this lesson, their package will be terminated and the status will change from "Active" to "Un-enrolled". Besides that, student's recurring Invoice will be removed automatically.
