When a credit package expired, it means all the credit wallets within that package expired. To reactivate an expired package, you need to top up credits manually. Upon top up invoice paid by the student or guardian, the expired credit package will update from expired to active.
For packages without an expiry date:
The top-up will be applied to the same credit wallet.
For packages with an expiry date:
The top-up will generate a new credit wallet.
Please note that if the previous credit wallet has expired but still contains a balance, that balance will not automatically transfer to the new credit wallet. Instead, you can perform credit adjustment in your active credit wallet by adding an amount to the total credits (equal to the remaining balance from the expired wallet).
