How to do Credit Transfer?

Modified on Mon, 26 Aug, 2024 at 12:11 AM

There are two methods for credit transfer: automated and manual.

Automated Credit Transfer:

Automated Credit Transfer occurs when a student finished their credits but continues attending classes, resulting in a negative credit balance (credit debt). The top-up invoice is either not generated yet or unpaid.

If the top-up invoice has not been generated, the admin can perform a manual top-up. If the invoice has been generated, the student can pay it to top up their credits. The system will automatically use the new credits to offset the debt from the previous wallet (if the credit wallet is not expired).

If the previous credit wallet has expired, the admin must manually transfer credits to settle the credit debt.

Manual Credit Transfer:

  1. Go to Student module.
  2. Click on student's name.
  3. Navigate to Package & Credits.
  4. Click on the student's package.
  5. Click Credit Transfer.
  6. You can select in Package Name, Credit Wallet, and the amount of credits to transfer.
  7. Click Save.
