1. Manual Credit Top-Up:
- You can initiate a manual top-up by clicking on "Credit Top-up" in the student's credit wallet.
2. Review Threshold Details:
- When you do this, you'll see details about the credit balance threshold you've set. If you want to issue an invoice before the credit balance reach the threshold, simply tick the box labeled "Issue an invoice before credit balance threshold."
3. Invoice Generation:
- After ticking the box, you can either click "Generate Invoice" directly or choose to review the invoice details before generating it.
If a student has already received a new top-up invoice but hasn’t paid it yet, they still can continue attending classes until their credit balance reaches the threshold. However, no new invoice will be generated if an unpaid top-up invoice already exists for that student.
