How to change a student's lesson?

Changing Lessons with the Same Package

If a student wishes to change their lesson but remain within the same package, use the "Switch Lesson" function in the system. 

If the student needs to change both the lesson and the package, you will need to unenroll them from the current lesson and enrol them in the new lesson with the new package.

To Switch a Lesson, Follow These Steps:

1. Navigate to Student Module

2. Click on the student’s name that you wish to update.
   

3. Go to the Lesson Enrollment page for the selected student.

4. Click the three dots under the "Action" for the lesson you want to switch. 

5. Select "Switch Lesson."

6. Select the new lesson from the available options.

7. Read the terms and conditions, check the acknowledgment box, and click "Check."

8. Make any necessary adjustments, such as:

   • Updating the credit expiration date (if enrolled in a credit package)
   • Adjusting the next invoice issuance date (if enrolled in a recurring package)
   • Removing any future replacement lessons or student bookings, if applicable

Important Notes:

1. The student will remain enrolled under the same package and invoice settings.
2. The package will be automatically applied to the new lesson if it was not previously attached.
3. The student will be automatically unenrolled from the original lesson.
4. Any unmarked attendance for the original lesson cannot be updated once the enrollment switch is complete.
