Why I can't approve or add new student again?

If you encounter the error message "Maximum number of students (xxx) has been reached, please contact customer support" when attempting to approve a new student registration form or manually add a new student, it indicates that you have reached the student limit of your subscribed package.


Please note that the student limit for your package is shared across all schools in your account. You can check the number of active students in each branch by going to the Student module, scrolling down, and reviewing the number of entries.


Here’s what you can do:


  • Check Inactive Students: Review your list of inactive students and archive those who are no longer with the center to free up space for new students.


  • Verify Limits: If all students are active or after added the new students, there is still insufficient capacity, please contact us through your designated support group chat to obtain a quote to upgrade your package or increasing your student limit.
