How to archive a lesson?

If you no longer use a specific lesson, you can archive it by following these steps:

1. Go to the Lesson module.
2. Tick the box beside the lesson name.
3. Click the "Archive Selected Lesson(s)" button.
4. Tick the box that states: "I acknowledge the adjustments and agree to proceed."
5. Click the "Archive" button.
   
   

Important: 

Before archiving a lesson, ensure the following criteria are met:

1. The lesson has no enrolled students.
2. There are no pending or approved replacement requests for the lesson in the future.
   
   

If these conditions still apply to the lesson, you will need to resolve them before archiving.
