Yes, you can switch lessons for a student who wants to change their lesson, but there are specific steps and conditions depending on whether they want to switch just the lesson or both the lesson and the package.

Change Lessons Within the Same Package:

  1. Use the Switch Lesson Function:
    • Navigate to the Student module.
    • Click on the student's name.
    • Go to Lesson Enrollment and select the lesson they want to switch.
    • Click on the three dots on the right side and select Switch Lesson.
  2. Choose the New Lesson:
    • In the Switch To column, select the new lesson.
    • Tick the box labeled "I have read the terms and condition and agree to proceed."
    • Click Check.
  3. Transfer Credits:
    • Ensure you tick the box for "Transfer Credit Balance" and select the appropriate credit wallet.
    • For students enrolled in a recurring package, adjust the details for the next invoice. If it’s a one-off package or there’s no credit threshold, no adjustments are needed.
    • Click Save.
    • When switching lessons for a student enrolled in a credit package, the system will create a new credit wallet and transfer the remaining credits to the new lesson.

Change Both Lesson and Package or Same Lesson but Different Package:

  • If a student wants to change both the lesson and the package or still under the same lesson but change to different package, you cannot use the Switch Lesson function. This feature only allows changes within the same package.

  • To proceed, you must unenroll the student from the current lesson and package, then re-enroll them in the new lesson and package.
