How To Access and Delete Premium Feature Media Files?

Managing the files and images should always feel effortless. To help you keep your storage organized, AOne Schools provide a bulk delete for premium feature media files. This allows you to permanently clear out multiple files in a single action, helping you maintain a neat and organized system without the hassle of deleting them individually. 

Good Things to Know Before You Begin:

1. The Media Management module is only available to schools subscribed to at least one Premium feature with additional storage
2. If your school subscribes to Premium Attendance, the Premium Attendance tab will be available
3. If your school subscribes to In-App Messaging with premium features (Tier 1 - Starter plan), the Premium In-App Messaging Tab will be available.
4. Schools subscribed to both features will see both tabs. 

How to Perform a Bulk Delete for Premium Attendance

You can follow the simple steps below to perform this action:

1. Log in to AOne Schools
2. Select the Media Management module
3. Click on the Premium Attendance tab to view your media files
4. Use the checkboxes to select the files you wish to remove
5. Click the Delete Selected Files button
6. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to proceed with the deletion, or click Cancel if you change your mind.

How to Perform a Bulk Delete for Premium Attendance

Here is a quick guide on how to complete this process:

1. Log in to AOne Schools
2. Select the Media Management module
3. Click on the Premium In-App Messaging tab to view your media files
4. Use the checkboxes to select the files you wish to remove
5. Click the Delete Selected Files button
6. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to proceed with the deletion, or click Cancel if you change your mind.
