What is Student Booking?

Modified on Tue, 8 Oct, 2024 at 1:02 PM

Student Booking is a feature that allows parents or students to choose their own lesson schedules from those provided by the learning center. This feature is available only for lessons that are tied to Universal Credit packages.

How It Works:

  • Learning centers can activate this feature by ticking the option: “Students enrolled with universal credit package are required to book to attend class” when setting up a lesson.
  • Once the feature is enabled, guardian or students will see a menu on their app where they can make a booking for available lesson schedule.

Approval Process:

  • After a booking is made by a parent or student, the learning center will receive an incoming notification and users can click "View Booking Details" button. Users will be directed to View & Edit Lesson page and navigate to Student Enrollment > Student Bookings.
  • Superadmin or Admin of the learning center can then approve or reject the booking based on availability or other criteria.

This feature provides flexibility for parents and students while ensuring that the learning center retains control over class attendance.
