If I get substitute teacher to replace the other teachers’ class, will it reflect on the payroll?

If a substitute teacher covers classes for another teacher, the substitute’s attendance will be reflected in the payroll as long as they mark attendance during their teaching. 

Substitute teaching is not reflected in the payroll if you are using a commission-based payroll setup. Commission-based payroll does not account for substitutes in the payroll calculations.
