How to created payroll - fixed, commission, extra?

This is how you create a payroll for your teachers:


1. Navigate to Payroll module. 
2. Click “Create Payroll”.
3. Select Teacher and click "Next". 
4. Choose the payroll type. 
  • Fixed: Hourly rate, typically use for part time teachers 
  • Commission: By Number of Students / Attendance 
  • Extra: Full Timer or Extra Payroll Items such as Overtime, Lunch Allowance, etc. if necessary.
5. Click "Save".

Notes: 
  • Taking attendance will be affecting the Payroll data so, please ensure the teachers did not miss out to mark attendance.
