The AOneSchools system simplified managing credit dates for multiple students at once. You can now update Activation Dates and Expiry Dates in bulk with the added option to adjust or reset the expiry dates as needed.
Here's the step-by-step guide:
- Go to the Student module.
- Click the Options button.
- Select View Student’s Package & Credits.
- Click on List of Credit Wallets to view the available wallets.
- Tick the checkbox next to the Credit Wallet ID of the students whose credit dates you want to adjust.
- Click either Adjust Activation Date or Adjust Expiry Date based on your needs.
- Make the Adjustment.
- For Activation Date: Select the new Credit Activation Date and click Save.
- For Expiry Date: You’ll be given two choices:
- Reset Selected Expiry Date(s):
- Removes the expiry date for the selected credit wallets.
- Other students using the same package ID will not be affected.
- Adjust Selected Expiry Date(s):
- Select the new expiry date.
8. Click Save to confirm.
Important Notes
1. Adjustments Apply Only to Active Credit Wallets
- If a credit wallet has expired, you cannot adjust it. The system will display an error message.
2. Rules for Activation Dates
- Once you select a new activation date, please make sure:
- The selected date is not the same as the expiry date.
- The selected date must be earlier than the expiry date.
- There is no attendance records between the old and new activation dates.

- Once you select a new activation date, please make sure:
- The selected date is not the same as the activation date.
- The selected date must be later than the activation date.
- There is no attendance records between the old and new expiry dates.
