How to register for in-app payment?

Billplz 


How to register for in-app payment (Billplz): 


1. Go to this link: https://www.billplz.com/


2. Click on “Sign up with Plzlogin” at the top right corner. 


3. Fill in the necessary details, and submit.
  • For Individual setup, enter the details belonging to the Person-in-charge
    (Use personal bank account number)
  • For Organization setup, enter the details belonging to the Company
    (Use organization bank account number)

The ownership of the organization(s) can be changed in the future. Refer to link: https://help.billplz.com/article/142-how-to-transfer-organization-ownership

4. For additional information Billplz account sign up, kindly refer to the below links:

5. Please note that the verification will usually take up to 3 business days. When your submission is verified, Billplz will send you an email. 


6. Once you have received the verification emails from Billplz, kindly inform the AOne Customer Support team via WhatsApp group chat for further action. 


7. Click on the “Redirect to App” button. 


8. You will then be redirected to the 'Authorization Page', if you have not connected to Billplz yet, simply type in "billplz" and click 'Authorize'. Please note by clicking 'Authorize', Billplz will have access to read your information stored in Plzlogin.



Payex

How to register Payex: 


1. Please sign up for an account at the provided link and verify your email address after registration: 


2. After you receive the verification email from Payex, you can login to your account and click settings on menu to get your secret key.  


3. You may inform the Customer Support in WhatsApp group your registered email and secret key for activation in AOneSchools.



HitPay


How to register HitPay: 


1. Register a company on the HitPay website https://dashboard.hit-pay.com/register and fill up all the required information. Remember to use valid email so that you can check if your school has received the payment.
 
2. Once you have registered, login to the HitPay dashboard (https://dashboard.hit-pay.com/login) and navigate to Settings > Payment Gateway > API Keys. You should see the Api key and Salt on that page. Kindly copy those keys and forward them to us via your existing WhatsApp group chat. 

3. Click on Create API Keys and you can copy the below both values. Kindly forward this information to the AOne support team either via email or WhatsApp communication channel.  

4. For more information related to Hitpay, kindly visit https://hitpay.zendesk.com/hc/en-us 

5. Once HitPay has been enabled, you can proceed generating an invoice for students in your AOneSchools. 

6. Guardian/student may then login via AOneSchools mobile application and select which invoice to pay, click proceed and you will see the HitPay will show QR code. Take a screenshot of that QR code (if your mobile phone is using dark mode, please disable it before taking a screenshot). 

7. Open your barcode scanner and just scan the QR code. It will redirect you to the HitPay payment page and just click 'Pay'. Once the button changes to 'Paid', as a guardian you should get an email for the invoice you just paid. Check our system if the invoice is marked as paid. 

8. Lastly, login back to HitPay dashboard just now, you should see the payment is already shown there. and check your email which links to HitPay, you should get an email about the payment just now.



Xendit

How to register Xendit: 


1. Provide the email address you want to register as your Xendit account to the Customer Support team through the WhatsApp group. 

2. You will receive a link in your email to complete the Xendit registration. 

3. You can choose to register your Xendit account as either Individual or Entity. 

4. Once you have completed all the requirements, you will receive a notification from Xendit confirming the successful registration of your account. 

5. To activate Xendit, please go to the Settings menu > select Developers > choose Callbacks > "Callbacks" > select "Enable auto-retry for failed callback." 

6. In the Invoice section, please check if the following link is already present: [https://api.aoneschools.com/api/xendit/callbacks/payment]

7. If it is not present, you can enter the above link in the "Invoices Paid" column. 

8. Please check the first box that says: "Also notify my application when an invoice has expired."
