How to change your password?

For Superadmins, Admins, and Teachers (via web):

Follow these steps if you have a Superadmin, Admin, or Teacher role:

1. Click the person icon at the top right.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Enter your new password in the Password field.
4. Save your changes.
5. There will be an option to choose how you want to receive the OTP code: via email or mobile number. If you choose mobile number, you can then select whether you want to receive the OTP via SMS or WhatsApp.
6. Enter the code.
7. Click Submit.

For Teachers and Guardians (via mobile apps):

Follow these steps if you have a Teacher or Guardian role:

1. Access Profile & Settings by tapping the profile icon in the bottom menu.
2. Select "My Profile."
3. Enter your new password in the Password field.
4. There will be an option to choose how you want to receive the OTP code: via email or mobile number. If you choose mobile number, you can then select whether you want to receive the OTP via SMS or WhatsApp.
5. Enter the code.
6. Click Save.
