How to change your password?

For Superadmins, Admins, and Teachers (via web):

Follow these steps if you have a Superadmin, Admin, or Teacher role:

1. Click the person icon at the top right.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Enter your new password in the Password field.
4. Save your changes.
5. An OTP code will be sent to your mobile number.
6. Enter the code.
7. Click "Submit."

For Teachers and Guardians (via mobile apps):

Follow these steps if you have a Teacher or Guardian role:

1. Click on the three-line icon at the top left.
2. Select "My Profile."
3. Enter your new password in the Password field.
4. An OTP code will be sent to your mobile number.
5. Enter the code.
6. Click "Submit."
