How to edit package information and what happened after editing?

To change the price or name of a package, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Package module.
  2. Click the three dots under Action for the package you want to edit.
  3. Select "View and Edit".
  4. Update the details as needed. Fields that cannot be changed will be displayed as non-editable.
  5. Click "Save" to apply your changes.
  6. Choose "Apply to all" or "Apply to future only".
  7. Tick the box that stated: "I have understood how it works and agree to proceed."
  8. Click "Save."


For recurring packages (e.g., Recurring Packages, Credits with Recurring, Universal Credits with Recurring), after clicking "Save", a pop-up message will appear:



  • "Apply to All": Applies the changes to both existing and future students’ recurring invoices.
  • "Apply to Future Only": Applies the changes only to future students’ recurring invoices.


Choose the option that best fits your needs.

It's important to note that any invoices generated before the changes are made will remain unaffected. The edits will only apply to future invoices.
