When a user forgets their password and cannot log in, AOne cannot provide the center with their password because we do not store or have access to users' passwords. To resolve this issue, we recommend that the user resets their password.
If the user is a Guardian or Teacher, they can click on "Forgot Password?" within their mobile app. For Superadmins or Admins, they can click on "Forgotten Password?" on the web main page. This will initiate the password reset process and allow them to regain access to their account.
