How can a parent log in to an account registered under another number? Is it possible to change it to their own number?

As AOne / Superadmin / Admin cannot change user mobile numbers due to PDPA regulations, you can advise the user to log in with the previously registered mobile number. After successfully logging in, they can update the number in "My Profile" to their own.


Alternatively, they can verify and log in using their registered email address, then change the number in "My Profile".
