In the AOne System, each user has their own account, and as such, the Protection Data Protection Act (PDPA) applies. Once a parent's account is created, the super admin, admin, or AOne support team does not have the authority to modify the account information, such as the name, registered mobile number, or email address.
Parents should be advised to verify their account (if it's their first time logging in) and update their information by logging in with their mobile number and adding their email address through the My Profile section.
Notes:
1. Some parents may have previously registered accounts with other learning centers that also use the AOne system.
2. A parent’s account is created through the following methods:
- Admin adds students and enters guardian information.
- Parents complete and submit the online registration form with their guardian information.
