Guardians or students can request an e-Invoice through the AOne mobile app for personal tax relief purposes, provided they meet the following conditions:
Payment has already been made for the invoice.
Requests must be submitted within the same month as the invoice issue date.
Step-by-step guide on how to request an E-Invoice via mobile app:
Open the AOne mobile app and tap the “Invoice” module.
Navigate to the “Paid” tab.
Select the invoice for which they wish to request an e-invoice.
On the Payment Details page, tap the “Request E-Invoice” button.
Complete the required fields in the Request E-Invoice Form, or enable the toggle to auto-fill using data from the My Profile page.
(Notes: Fields remain editable. Updates made here will not affect saved profile information.)
Once all fields are filled, tap “Submit Request”.
Confirm by tapping “Submit” again in the confirmation modal.
The request will be submitted and processed accordingly. Guardians or students will receive push notifications once the e-Invoice request is reviewed, either by the system internal checks with Issues Found, or result returned from LHDN either with validated or rejected.
Notes:
If a request is rejected, it must be corrected and resubmitted within the same month to avoid missing the monthly deadline.
