How can guardians or students request E-Invoice via mobile app?

Guardians or students can request an e-Invoice through the AOne mobile app for personal tax relief purposes, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The invoice has been fully paid.
  • The request is submitted within the same month as the invoice issue date.


Steps to Request an E-Invoice


  1. Access the Finance module from the Home Page or tap the Finance (card) icon in the bottom menu.
  2. Tap on the “Fully Paid Invoices” tab.
  3. Select the invoice for which you wish to request an e-Invoice.
  4. Tap Request E-Invoice.
  5. Complete the required fields in the Request E-Invoice Form, or enable the toggle to auto-fill details using information from My Profile.
    Note: All fields remain editable. Any updates made here will not affect your saved profile information.
  6. Tap Submit Request once all required fields are completed.
  7. Confirm by tapping Submit in the confirmation modal.


After Submission


  1. The request will be submitted for processing.
  2. The e-Invoice status will appear on the Invoice Details page as “Reviewing”.
  3. You will receive push notifications once the request is reviewed, either:
    • After internal system checks (e.g. Issues Found), or
    • Upon validation results returned from LHDN (Validated or Rejected).


Important Notes

  • If an e-Invoice request is rejected, it must be corrected and resubmitted within the same month to avoid missing the monthly submission deadline.
