When your school enables the E-Invoice feature, some additional fields will appear in the Guardian Information section of the student form. These fields are required for e-invoice purposes and help ensure that your school’s billing complies with LHDN (Malaysia) guidelines.
How Guardian E-Invoice Data Appears
You can add student information in two ways:
Manually through the system, or
Automatically via the Online Registration Form
Once the E-Invoice feature is enabled, the following extra fields will appear under the Guardian Information section:
Registration Number Type (e.g., NRIC, Passport, BRN, ARMY)
Registration Number
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
These fields allow your school to collect the necessary guardian details for e-invoice generation.
