How to Handle the “Existing User” Pop-Up When Registering a Guardian/Teacher/Admin?

When adding a new user (guardian, teacher, or admin) to the system, you might see a pop-up after entering their mobile number.

This pop-up appears because the system has detected that the person is already registered in AOne with the same mobile number. Remember, one account can be used across different roles (student, guardian, teacher, or admin) and schools.

✅ What Should You Do?


If you see the “Existing User” pop-up:

  1. Don’t worry—this simply means the user already has an account in AOne.

  2. Click “Yes” or "OK" to continue.

  3. The system will automatically link the user to their existing account.
