Why can't I log in? (error prompt displayed)

If you encounter difficulty logging into your account and receive an error prompt, you can check the following conditions:

“Login Failed

The email, mobile number, or password you entered is incorrect.”


or


“Failed

Invalid Credentials”


This error indicates an incorrect password or email/mobile number. You can reset your password by clicking "Forgotten Password".

“Login Failed

Mobile / Email is not verified”


or


“Failed

Mobile / Email is not verified”


This means your account hasn't been verified. Click "First Time Login" to verify your email or mobile number. Once you receive and submit the OTP code, set your password and log in as usual.


Invalid Email Address


Please enter your email address correctly and make sure there are no spaces before, within, or after it.


“User Not Found” or “Failed”

If you see this error, please make sure the mobile number and/or email address you entered is the same as the one registered in the system.

If the details are already correct but you still can’t log in, please contact your school administrator or our Customer Support team for assistance.


“Connection Error” or “No Internet Connection”
It looks like there was no internet connection at that time. Please check your internet connection and try again later.
