Modified on Tue, 26 Nov, 2024 at 4:02 PM

In the AOneSchools system, admin can configure notifications to alert when a student's credit wallet is about to expire. These alerts will be sent to the Superadmin, Admin and the student or guardian, helping all parties stay informed and take timely action.

Follow this simple guide to enable the notification setting.
  1. Access the Settings:
    • Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
    • From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
  2. Navigate to Notification Settings:
    • Under School Settings, find and click on Notification Settings.
  3. Enable Expiration Notifications:
    • In the System Notifications Settings section, tick the box next to: "Enable on student's credit wallet expiration."
  4. Set the Notification Period:
    • Specify how many days in advance you want to be notified before a credit wallet expires.
  5. Save the Settings:
    • Click Save to apply your changes.

How Notifications Work?

  • Web App - Superadmin & Admin
  • Once enabled, you’ll receive alerts when students’ credit wallets are nearing expiration.
  • Notifications will appear under the Bell icon in the top-right corner.
  • Each notification will include a "Check" button, which takes you directly to the list of credit wallets about to expire.

  • Mobile App - Student / Guardian

Students and guardians will receive a push notification with the following message:

[Student Name]'s Credit Wallet(s) Expiring Soon!
They can check the student's credit transactions or contact the admin to top up the wallet.

Enabling these notifications ensures smooth management of student credits, preventing disruptions and maintaining a seamless experience for everyone.
