How can parents or students submit replacement requests in the app?

Parents or students can submit replacement requests only if the centre has enabled this feature.


Steps to Submit a Replacement Request

  1. Access the Replacement module from the Home Page. 
  2. Tap Request for Replacement.
  3. Select the Lesson Name you wish to request a replacement for.
  4. Select the Month–Year and Date of the lesson to be replaced.
  5. Select the Student Name.
  6. Select the Replacement Type:
    • Replacement with Existing Lessons - This option allows you to replace a missed lesson by joining another existing lesson at a different time. 
      • Select the replacement lesson you wish to attend.
      • Select the Month-Year and Date of the lesson you wish to attend.
    • Replacement with Custom Timing - This option allows you to request a replacement lesson at a specific date and time. 
      • Change the replacement type to “Custom Replacement”. 
      • Select the replacement date. 
      • Select the Start Time and End Time. 
  7. Add remarks (e.g. reason for the replacement request).
  8. Tap Submit Replacement Request.


Important Notes

  • All replacement requests are subject to admin approval. 
  • You will receive a notification once the request is approved or rejected.
