Why can't parents see their children's accounts from another school?

1. Ensure parents are accessing the correct school.


How to get parents to verify? 

  • Login to the mobile app account. 
  • Click the top left menu button (3 lines). 
  • The school name will be displayed in the menu.


If they are not in the correct school, clicking on the school name will redirect them to the account access selection page.


2. Ensure the account they are logging into matches the one they intend to access.


Request the parents' mobile number or email address used for logging in. Verify if the information matches with the details that use to register as guardian with the centre. If not, advise them to log in with the mobile number or email address registered with your center instead.
