Why can’t the parent or student log in to their account? (with error prompt: “There is no account with the given credentials)

If they’re trying to log in to the app but see this error message, don’t worry—this usually happens for a simple reason and can be fixed quickly.


Here are a couple of things you can check:

  1. The user use the same email or phone number they registered with

Make sure they’re logging in with the mobile number or email address they gave you when they registered and input the mobile number with country code (because sometimes the error happens when the parent didn’t input the country code). If they’re not sure which one they used, you may check their details from the Student module.

  1. Still getting an error?

If parents are using the correct details but still can't log in, it's possible they may have deleted their account from the app. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Support team through your dedicated WhatsApp support group. We'll be happy to help resolve the issue.
