If you exported the revenue report and discovered a discrepancy between the total amount in the Excel file and the Dashboard, it's due to differences in data updating timeline. The Excel file provides real-time information, whereas the Dashboard data isn't live. This means transactions from the current day aren't instantly reflected; instead, updates occur daily at 03:00 AM (GMT+8). For the most precise and up-to-date figures, it's recommended to export data directly from Invoice & Finance and aggregate it for accuracy.
